Kamil Korwin

CEO

CEO of Promenade Pet Care from February 2024. Previously managed subsidaries Hubun (2021 - 2024) and Petmex Company (2022 - 2024). In pet food industry from 2021, he quickly made a mark by significantly advancing Hubun as its Managing Director, driving sales up tenfold through comprehensive operational oversight. Since beginning his career in FMCG in 2008, Kamil has demonstrated exceptional strategic growth and a keen ability to drive innovation within the companies he has led. Holding a Law degree from the University of Silesia. Beyond professional achievements, Kamil's long-standing involvement in ice hockey, evolving from a player to an extraleague referee, showcases his commitment and team-centric philosophy.

Wojciech Wydro

Member of the Board, Export Sales Director

Member of the board from February 2024 and Export Sales Director at Petmex Company from 2022, bringing experience from previous roles at Tarczyński S.A., XL Energy Marketing Sp. z o.o., Exclusive Brands sp. z o.o. and Belvedere Duty Free. With a track record in FMCG and other industries he contributes valuable insights to Promenade Pet Care. He is graduate of Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

Krzysztof Napora

Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Founder of Promenade Pet Care, led Petmex Company to prominence in the natural pet treats market, focusing on innovation and pet-friendly solutions. Under his direction, the company expanded its reach into European and American markets. He is also (from 2024) Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Hubun; he contributed to its growth in online pet supplies. Napora’s efforts have solidified Promenade Pet Care’s position in the global pet care industry.

Wojciech Tomaszewski

Member of the Supervisory Board

Vice President of the Management Board at Morele.net, one of the biggest Polish marketplace platforms with an annual GMV of 2 billion PLN, owned by MCI, a leading private equity group in the CEE region. He is also a former Board Member of Answear.com, a leading CEE fashion ecommerce company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. With over two decades of experience in ecommerce, marketing, sales, and cross-border operations, he has played a crucial role in shaping the industry landscape. During his tenure at Answear.com, Wojciech spearheaded its remarkable growth from 5 million to 1 billion PLN in annual revenue, alongside orchestrating its successful international expansion, thereby substantially enhancing its financial performance. His expertise spans managing large-scale operations, crafting business and marketing strategic initiatives, and guiding companies through IPOs. Noteworthy accolades include being honored as Marketing Director of the Year in 2018 and receiving the prestigious eCommerce Director of the Year award in 2020, along with the 2020 Grand Prix award.

Radosław Łukaszyk

Member of the Supervisory Board

An experienced investment banking professional working at PKO BP Securities, part of the largest bank in the CEE region and leading institution on the Polish capital market. In his role, he pursues the market leading transaction in the areas of Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Corporate Finance (CF). Radek has played integral roles in landmark deals, including but not limited to the IPO of Allegro.eu valued at 10.6 billion PLN, marking the largest non-privatization IPO transaction in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). He also supported PGE in secondary public offering (SPO)  enabling the  raise  of 3.2 billion PLN of new capital, marking one of the most significant SPOs in the WSE's history despite tough market condition. Experienced in public transactions is supplemented by extensive understanding of private market which was visible in his commitment to support Orlen in the acquisition of Energa valued at 2.8 billion PLN, one of the largest M&A transaction in Poland in 2020. Prior to PKO BP Securities, Radek served as an equity analyst at UBS, specializing in American E&P sector.
